Score:

%

Massachusetts

2026

This amendment would let people in prison for felony convictions vote again. It ends the current ban on voting while in prison. If approved by lawmakers and then voters, prisons and election offices would help eligible people register and cast ballots, likely by mail. This expands civic participation keeps people connected to their communities, and may shape which issues leaders focus on. Other voting rules, like age and residency, would not change.
