This bill requires Homeland Security to run a national emergency drill on an attack aimed at farms, livestock, or the food supply using harmful biological agents. Federal, state, Tribal, local, and private food industry partners would practice how to prevent, contain, and recover from such an attack. The goal is to find weak spots, improve coordination, protect food supplies and jobs, and guide future policy changes.
