This bill makes college partnership lab schools more open and easier for families to navigate. Schools must use lotteries and waiting lists and tell parents their place. In partnerships with a school division, that division runs enrollment and gives parents a contact. Each school must post board members, meeting dates, summaries of budget and contract decisions, and the rules it follows online. It also clarifies when tuition may be charged for nonresidents and college-credit or enrichment classes.
