Creates the Officer Jason Raynor Act. Bans using force to resist arrest or detention if an officer acts in good faith. Expands who counts as law enforcement. Toughens penalties: life without release for murder or manslaughter of listed officers; higher sentencing for battery on them; keeps mandatory minimums for aggravated assault/battery. Resisting with violence applies during official duties. Aims to deter attacks but increases prison time and costs.
