Requires Arizona’s water agency to issue groundwater supply-and-demand reports. Each year it must assess at least six basins and cover all basins at least every five years. Reports must include water level trends, bedrock depth, number and spacing of wells, water in storage to 1,200 feet, estimated years of supply at current use, and the number and volume of recharge projects. The agency may hire outside experts. This creates clearer, uniform data to guide planning, conservation, and drought response. No new water limits.
