African Communities Together (ACT) is a membership-based organization of African immigrants in the United States that advocates for civil rights, immigration reform, and social and economic justice. The organization works to empower African diaspora communities through community organizing, policy advocacy, direct services, and civic engagement.
Immigration reform, immigrant rights, civil rights protections, language access, access to public benefits, workers’ rights, anti-discrimination policy, and policies affecting African and Black immigrant communities.
Foundation grants, individual donations, and membership dues.
