The Agribusiness Association of Iowa (AAI) is the nation’s largest state agribusiness association, representing more than 1,100 business locations across Iowa that supply feed, seed, grain, fertilizer, crop protection products, equipment, and related agricultural services. Formed in 1994 through the merger of the Iowa Grain & Feed Association and the Iowa Fertilizer & Chemical Association, AAI advocates, communicates, and educates to enhance the viability of its members and strengthen Iowa’s agricultural economy.
Agricultural and agribusiness policy, including grain handling and feed regulations, fertilizer and crop protection standards, environmental and water quality regulations, transportation and infrastructure, workforce development, and state and federal legislative and regulatory advocacy affecting agricultural input suppliers and processors.
Primarily funded through membership dues, event fees, sponsorships, and related foundation support.
