About the Organization

The American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) is a national bar association of intellectual property lawyers and related professionals from private practice, corporate practice, government, and academia. Founded in 1897, it promotes a balanced intellectual property system through education, advocacy, professional development, and peer support.
