As You Sow is a U.S.-based nonprofit that advances environmental, social, and governance (ESG) change through shareholder advocacy, corporate engagement, research, and campaigns. The organization leverages shareholder resolutions, proxy voting, public campaigns, and litigation to push corporations toward greater transparency, reduced pollution and waste, improved labor and human-rights practices, and stronger corporate governance.
