The Association of Programs for Rural Independent Living (APRIL) is a national membership organization dedicated to advancing the rights and independence of people with disabilities, particularly in rural and underserved communities. APRIL supports and represents Centers for Independent Living (CILs) and other disability-led organizations through advocacy, training, technical assistance, and policy development.
