The Baby Safety Alliance is a North American trade association for baby and children’s product companies. It says it advances baby safety through advocacy, product safety, education, and philanthropy, and it also operates a product verification program and consumer safety education efforts.

Primarily funded by membership dues, program fees, and related association activities; it also identifies a philanthropic arm, the Baby Safety Foundation, as a 501(c)(3) charity.
Formerly the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA); affiliated with the Baby Safety Foundation; professionally managed by Association Headquarters Inc.
