The California Farm Bureau Federation is a statewide agricultural advocacy organization representing farmers and ranchers across California through 53 county Farm Bureaus. Founded more than a century ago, it works to protect and promote agricultural interests, support rural communities, and ensure the long-term economic viability and sustainability of family farms and ranches.
Agricultural and rural policy including water rights and supply, land use, environmental regulation, labor and employment law, taxation, trade, food safety, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and rural economic development.
Primarily funded through membership dues from farmers and ranchers, program service revenue, and affiliated service operations.
