Care in Action is a national advocacy organization that mobilizes caregivers, domestic workers, and families to advocate for policies that support care workers and expand access to affordable, quality care. It works to build political power among women, immigrants, and people of color in the care workforce.
Labor protections for domestic and home care workers, paid leave, minimum wage and overtime standards, immigration reform, affordable childcare and elder care funding, and broader economic and racial justice policies affecting the care workforce.
