Description: The Center for Popular Democracy (CPD) is a progressive nonprofit advocacy organization that builds power for low-income communities and communities of color through grassroots organizing, policy advocacy, strategic communications, and litigation support. CPD works with local affiliates and coalitions to advance policies on labor and workplace standards, immigrant rights, housing and tenant protections, criminal justice reform, and democratic participation.
