About the Organization

The Center for Procurement Advocacy (CPA) is a Washington, D.C.–based nonprofit organization that provides a platform for industry stakeholders to develop and advance consensus-based federal procurement policy. Its mission is to promote an efficient, effective, transparent, open, and competitive U.S. federal acquisition system that aligns the interests of government and industry.

Policy Goals

Federal procurement law and policy, government contracting reform, acquisition regulations, commercial products and services procurement, and related defense and government acquisition issues.

Funding

Program service revenue and membership support from businesses and industry stakeholders engaged in federal contracting.

Affiliates

Coalition for Government Procurement; affiliated industry members and federal acquisition policy stakeholders.
