The Colorado Secretary of State is a statewide, constitutionally established public office responsible for administering Colorado elections, maintaining business and nonprofit filings, overseeing campaign finance and lobbyist disclosures, and managing certain licensing and securities functions. The current elected Secretary of State, Jena Griswold, is the officeholder charged with executing these duties and advancing policies on voting access, election security, and business services.
