Description: The Committee of Interns and Residents/SEIU (CIR/SEIU) is a labor union representing resident physicians and fellows in hospitals and health systems across the United States. CIR organizes trainees to negotiate collective bargaining agreements, improve working conditions and compensation, promote patient safety and safe staffing, and advocate for equitable access to care and stronger graduate medical education.
