The Committee on Pipe and Tube Imports (CPTI) is a U.S. trade association representing domestic steel pipe and tube producers and related interests. It advocates on trade, import, customs, and competition issues affecting the pipe, tube, and fittings industry.
Trade remedy enforcement, import restrictions, antidumping and countervailing duty matters, customs enforcement, anti-circumvention actions, steel tariffs, and other policies affecting domestic steel manufacturing and industrial competitiveness.
Primarily funded by member companies in the pipe and tube industry, along with associated political and lobbying contributions through its connected PAC and industry supporters.
