Community Capital Advisors is a national impact-investing consultancy that advises foundations, community foundations, family offices, CDFIs and other mission-driven organizations on place-based investing, the design and management of community loan funds, and mission-aligned investment strategies focused on racial equity, gender lens investing, affordable housing and community development.
Typically engages on policy issues and program design related to community development finance, CDFI support and certification, philanthropic and foundation investment practices (mission-aligned investing, program-related investments, donor-advised fund policy), affordable housing finance, racial and gender equity in capital deployment, and local economic development incentives and regulations.
Primarily fee-for-service revenue from client engagements with foundations, community foundations, family offices, nonprofits and CDFIs; may also receive project grants or contract payments for technical assistance engagements.
