The Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) is the national organization of state banking and financial regulators in the United States. It represents state regulators and works to strengthen the state banking system, the dual-banking system, consumer protection, and responsive financial supervision.
Banking and financial services regulation, state financial supervision, consumer protection, safety and soundness of financial institutions, licensing and oversight of non-depository financial companies, and policies affecting the dual-banking system.
Primarily funded by membership dues, fees for services and programs, and related organizational revenues.
State banking departments and regulators across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories; leadership includes President and CEO Brandon Milhorn and Board Chair Rhoshunda Kelly.
