About the Organization

The Congressional Equality Caucus (CEC) is a bipartisan congressional member organization in the U.S. House of Representatives dedicated to advancing equality for LGBTQ+ individuals. It works to promote federal legislation and public policy that ensures full legal equality, protects civil rights, and addresses discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
