The Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund (DREDF) is a national nonprofit civil rights law and policy center that advances the rights of people with disabilities through impact litigation, policy advocacy, technical assistance, training, and public education. Headquartered in Berkeley, California, DREDF focuses on enforcing and expanding legal protections such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
