Edge Dairy Farmer Cooperative is a multi-state, farmer-led dairy verification cooperative founded in 2010 and based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Known as "The Voice of Milk," it represents more than 1,400 dairy farmers and works to amplify their voice in Congress, with customers and within their communities. The cooperative fulfills Federal Milk Marketing Order verification requirements for farmers who sell milk directly to private processors and advocates for policies that support a prosperous future for dairy farm families.
Federal dairy policy, including Federal Milk Marketing Order reform and enforcement, Farm Bill provisions, trade policy, climate-smart agriculture programs, tax and estate policy affecting farms, renewable energy incentives, workforce and immigration issues, and labeling standards for dairy products.
Membership dues and service fees paid by member dairy farmers for milk verification and cooperative services.
