Fair Elections Center is a U.S.-based nonprofit legal and advocacy organization that works to protect and expand voter access and the integrity of elections through litigation, technical assistance to election administrators and advocates, policy advocacy, and public education.
Voting rights and election administration; voter registration access and modernization; removal of barriers to voting for people with disabilities, language minorities, students, and formerly incarcerated people; enforcement of federal and state voting laws (including the Voting Rights Act and HAVA); election transparency and remediation of voter suppression practices.
