FPIW Action is the 501(c)(4) advocacy arm of the Family Policy Institute of Washington, a faith-based, conservative family policy council based in Lynnwood. The organization advances a stated mission of defending and promoting biblical values in the public square by lobbying legislators, mobilizing voters, producing educational materials, and participating in ballot initiative and candidate advocacy on issues it frames as protecting life, marriage, religious liberty, and parental rights.
Pursues socially conservative state and local policies including pro-life measures, policies supporting traditional marriage and sex-based policy distinctions, religious liberty protections, parental rights and school policy changes (including school transparency and youth-safety initiatives), ballot initiatives and candidate endorsements consistent with a conservative/biblical worldview.
Primarily funded by individual donors and grassroots supporters, conservative faith-based constituencies and churches, fundraising appeals and donations, and financial or in-kind support coordinated with allied PACs and other conservative family-policy organizations.
Family Policy Institute of Washington (parent organization), FPIW Action PAC / Family Policy of Washington Action PAC (allied PAC), senior staff such as Brad Payne (President of FPIW Action), former FPIW leaders and a network of state and national family-policy councils and conservative faith organizations.
