The Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA) is a national, non-partisan professional association that represents more than 30,000 federal law enforcement officers and agents from over 65 federal agencies. Its mission is to advocate for the interests, rights, and welfare of federal law enforcement personnel, enhance public safety, and support legislation that strengthens the federal law enforcement community.
FLEOA typically advocates for legislation related to federal law enforcement pay and benefits, retirement and pension protections, collective bargaining rights, officer safety measures, federal criminal justice policies, border and homeland security, and resources for federal agencies.
