The Florida Association of Broadcasters is a Florida trade association for radio and television broadcasters. It works to promote the interests of local broadcasters, represent them before government bodies, and support industry cooperation, public-service programming, and broadcasting-related business practices.
Broadcasting, telecommunications, FCC and state regulatory issues, public-service announcements, emergency alerting and hurricane preparedness, advertising and media business issues, employment and workforce matters affecting broadcasters.
Primarily funded by member dues, sponsorships, convention and event revenue, and related association services.
