Food Chain Workers Alliance is a national coalition of worker-based organizations representing workers across the food system, including agriculture, food processing, distribution, retail, and food service. Its mission is to improve wages and working conditions for food workers, promote racial and economic equity, and build a more sustainable and just food system.
Labor rights, minimum wage increases, workplace safety standards, collective bargaining rights, immigration reform affecting food workers, corporate accountability in the food industry, and equitable food system and supply chain policies.
