GLMA: Health Professionals Advancing LGBTQ+ Equality is a U.S.-based professional association of LGBTQ+ and allied health care professionals that works to advance health equity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and other sexual and gender minority people through education, advocacy, research, policy guidance, and development of clinical best practices.

Primarily funded by membership dues, individual and philanthropic donations, foundation and government grants, continuing-education and conference revenue, and corporate sponsorships.
Frequently partners and collaborates with organizations such as The Fenway Institute (Fenway Health), the National LGBT Health Education Center, the Human Rights Campaign, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), academic health centers, and public health agencies.
