About the Organization

The Idaho Grain Producers Association is a statewide trade association representing Idaho grain farmers. The organization advocates on behalf of producers of wheat, barley, and other small grains, working to promote profitable, sustainable grain production and to advance the interests of Idaho’s grain industry at the state and federal levels.

Policy Goals

Agricultural policy, farm subsidies, crop insurance, trade and export policy, water and land use regulation, transportation infrastructure, pesticide and fertilizer regulation, and rural economic development

Funding

Membership dues from grain producers and industry partners, along with program fees and event revenue

Affiliates

National Association of Wheat Growers, U.S. Wheat Associates, Idaho Barley Commission, and regional grain grower organizations
