About the Organization

Identity Clark County is a Vancouver, Washington–based nonprofit that assembles and focuses local corporate leadership and investment to advance regional economic expansion and community vitality. The organization convenes business leaders to promote transportation and infrastructure improvements, workforce and education initiatives, area branding, and projects that improve the county’s quality of place and business climate.

Policy Goals

Economic development and business climate advocacy, transportation and infrastructure financing, regional branding and marketing, workforce and education partnerships, land‑use and site readiness initiatives, and legislative affairs that affect the local private sector.

Funding

Primarily funded by corporate sponsorships and investor/donor contributions, supplemented by foundation grants and project‑specific funding.

Affiliates

Discover Clark (initiative of Identity Clark County), Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, Columbia River Economic Development Council, Workforce Southwest Washington, Association of Washington Business, and prominent local business leaders such as Ed Lynch and Paul Christensen.
