The Illinois Wheat Association (IWA) is a farmer- and agribusiness-led membership organization representing all segments of the Illinois wheat industry, from producers to processors. Its mission is to promote wheat production and marketing, support research and education related to wheat and wheat products, and advocate for the interests of Illinois wheat growers in state and federal legislative and agricultural policy matters.
