Independent Banks of South Carolina (IBSC) is a statewide trade association representing independent community banks across South Carolina. Its mission is to advocate for the interests of locally owned banks and the communities they serve by promoting sound banking practices, regulatory fairness, and policies that strengthen community-based financial institutions.
