Independent Community Banks of North Dakota (ICBND) is a statewide trade association representing independently owned and locally controlled community banks in North Dakota. Its mission is to enable member banks to profitably and competitively provide quality financial services to the communities and citizens they serve, while advocating on their behalf before state and federal legislative and regulatory bodies.
