Independent Council on Women’s Sports (ICONS) is a U.S. nonprofit advocacy network of current and former collegiate and professional female athletes, parents, coaches and supporters that promotes sex‑based protections and “fairness” in women’s sports. ICONS organizes conferences and educational efforts, publishes policy positions, and provides financial support for litigation and legal advocacy to defend access, privacy and competitive opportunities for female athletes.
