Informed Choice Washington (ICWA) is a Washington state advocacy organization that promotes medical freedom, informed consent, and ‘healthy immunity.’ It operates education and advocacy programs aimed at opposing public and private vaccine mandates and influencing state public health policy.
Typically pursues legislation and campaigns opposing vaccine mandates and mandatory testing/treatment, expanding or preserving vaccine exemptions, limiting public health authority, promoting informed consent rules, and advancing policies favorable to medical freedom, alternative treatment access, and scientific integrity in public health decisionmaking.
Primarily funded by individual donations and membership contributions, fundraising and events, small grants, and ancillary revenue (e.g., affiliate/commerce commissions); accepts mailed gifts and donations of stock for the 501(c)(3).
Lists and partners with national medical freedom groups such as Children’s Health Defense (associated with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.), Stand for Health Freedom, the Coalition for Informed Consent, and The Unity Project, and works with local volunteer leaders and advisors.
