About the Organization

Jobs with Justice is a national nonprofit network that brings together labor unions, community organizations, faith groups, and student activists to advocate for workers’ rights and economic justice. Founded in 1987, it works to strengthen labor-community coalitions and advance campaigns that support fair wages, workplace protections, and equitable economic policies.

Policy Goals

Workers’ rights, labor law reform, minimum wage increases, collective bargaining protections, paid leave, immigrant worker protections, racial and economic justice initiatives, and policies that strengthen unions and workplace standards.
