About the Organization

The Liberty Justice Center is a nonprofit, nonpartisan public-interest litigation organization that uses strategic lawsuits to defend economic liberty, private property rights, free speech, educational freedom, and other constitutional rights.

Policy Goals

Constitutional rights litigation, especially free speech, economic liberty, private property rights, parental rights and educational freedom, and limits on government overreach; also workers’ rights and challenges to compulsory union dues and fees.
