The Louisiana Association of Conservation Districts (LACD) is a statewide organization that represents and supports local soil and water conservation districts across Louisiana. Its mission is to promote responsible stewardship of natural resources, including soil, water, and related environmental assets, through education, technical assistance, and collaboration with landowners and government agencies.
