About the Organization

The Massachusetts Broadcasters Association is a statewide trade association representing over-the-air radio and television broadcasters in Massachusetts. It provides advocacy, education, legal and business support, networking, and industry programming for member stations.

Policy Goals

Broadcast regulation and licensing, FCC and communications policy, media and journalism issues, advertising and business operations, workforce and training issues, and state and federal advocacy affecting radio and television broadcasters.

Funding

Primarily funded by membership dues, event and program revenue, and sponsorships from broadcaster-related businesses and industry partners.

Affiliates

Member radio and television stations across Massachusetts; Executive Director Jordan Walton; national and state broadcaster association networks, including the National Association of Broadcasters and other state broadcasters associations.
