The Michigan Association of Planning (MAP) is a statewide professional organization dedicated to promoting sound community planning and land use practices throughout Michigan. Its mission is to support professional planners, local officials, and community leaders through education, advocacy, and the advancement of effective planning policies that foster sustainable, resilient, and vibrant communities.
