Minnesota Crop Production Retailers (MCPR) is a statewide trade association representing agricultural input retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and custom applicators in Minnesota. Founded in 1976, the organization promotes the proper use, storage, and application of crop production inputs in an environmentally safe and agronomically sound manner and supports regulatory and legislative initiatives affecting the fertilizer, agrichemical, and seed industries. MCPR administers the state’s 4R Nutrient Stewardship Certification Program for agricultural retailers.
