Mountain States Policy Center is a non-partisan, free-market public policy research organization based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. It focuses on producing fact-based research and policy analysis for the Mountain West, especially Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Washington, with an emphasis on limited government, individual liberty, and free enterprise.
Free-market and limited-government policies, including tax and spending restraint, education policy, regulatory reform, energy, labor, and other state-level public policy issues affecting the Mountain West.
Primarily supported by charitable donations from individual and organizational supporters, as a nonprofit policy research organization.
