NALEO Educational Fund is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that works to facilitate full Latino participation in the American political process through civic engagement, voter registration and protection, leadership development, public policy research, and technical assistance to Latino elected and appointed officials.
Voter registration and election access, civic engagement and political participation, immigrant integration and access to public services, government outreach and language access, leadership development for Latino public officials, and policies that improve Latino representation and inclusion in decision-making.
Primarily funded by foundation grants, program service contracts and grants (including from government and philanthropic sources), corporate and individual donations, and project-specific contributions.
NALEO (National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials), statewide and local Latino civic organizations, and national voting rights and immigrant advocacy coalition partners.
