About the Organization

The National Armored Car Association (NACA), founded in 1929, is a business trade association representing the major companies in the U.S. armored car industry, including Brink’s, GardaWorld, and Loomis. The association works to protect and promote the interests, safety standards, and operational efficiency of companies that provide secure cash transportation and cash management services to financial institutions, governments, the Federal Reserve, and private businesses.

Policy Goals

NACA advocates on federal and state legislation affecting armored car operations, including interstate reciprocity and licensing, transportation and Department of Transportation regulations, cash circulation and currency policy, guard safety and training standards, and regulatory reforms impacting secure logistics and cash management services.

Funding

Primarily funded through member company contributions and dues from the major armored car firms it represents
