About the Organization

The National Bankruptcy Conference is a voluntary, non-partisan organization of leading bankruptcy lawyers, law professors, and bankruptcy judges. It was formed in the 1930s at Congress’s request and has served as a long-standing resource to lawmakers on bankruptcy legislation and related reforms.
