About the Organization

The National Cotton Council of America (NCC) is a trade association representing U.S. cotton producers, ginners, warehousers, merchants, cottonseed processors, cooperatives, and textile manufacturers. Its mission is to support and promote the U.S. cotton industry by advocating for policies that enhance the profitability and global competitiveness of cotton.

Policy Goals

Agricultural policy including farm bills, commodity support programs, crop insurance, trade policy, export promotion, conservation programs, research funding, labor regulations, and infrastructure impacting the cotton supply chain.

Funding

Membership dues and assessments from cotton producers and industry stakeholders.

Affiliates

Cotton Incorporated; state and regional cotton producer associations; U.S. cotton industry cooperatives and agribusinesses.
