About the Organization

The National Council of Textile Organizations (NCTO) is a trade association that represents the full spectrum of the U.S. textile industry, from fiber and yarn to fabric, finished sewn products, and related suppliers. Its mission is to advance and protect the interests of domestic textile manufacturing in the United States and abroad.

Policy Goals

Trade policy, tariffs, customs enforcement, Buy American and Berry Amendment procurement, supply-chain security, export financing, regulatory policy, and manufacturing competitiveness

Funding

Primarily funded by membership dues and support from textile-industry member companies and affiliated industry councils

Affiliates

Its five industry councils and member companies across the U.S. textile supply chain; President and CEO Kim Glas is a prominent public face of the organization
