Description: The National Federation of Federal Employees (NFFE) is a national labor union founded in 1917 that represents roughly 100,000–110,000 blue- and white-collar federal employees across dozens of agencies. NFFE's mission is to advance the social and economic welfare of federal workers through organizing, collective bargaining, member representation, legal advocacy, education, and lobbying to protect civil service rights and workplace safety.
