The National Iranian American Council (NIAC) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization founded in 2002 that advocates for the interests of Iranian Americans and promotes diplomacy and peaceful engagement between the United States and Iran. NIAC works to advance civil rights for Iranian Americans, increase civic participation, and influence U.S. foreign policy toward Iran.
